How quickly can you start a package?

We keep vetted staff on standby and can mobilise within hours for emergency cover. Full 24-hour packages typically launch inside 1–2 weeks once we have completed introductions and training.

Do you help with direct payments?

Yes. We can guide you through employer responsibilities, payroll, HMRC, insurance and how to evidence your spend to the local authority while keeping maximum choice and control.

Are your staff insured and trained?

Every team member has enhanced DBS, right-to-work evidence, mandatory training, references and ongoing supervision. We share documentation securely before the first shift.

Can you work alongside NHS or social care teams?

Absolutely. We attend MDT meetings, contribute to reviews and share daily notes so everyone is aligned on outcomes.
